  The city of is preparing to host 300 works by (Philadelphia 1890-Paris 1976), one of the most prominent figures of avant-garde art, that apparently will give the event a new imprint. Focusing also on the exhibition of unseen and rare masterpieces by the artist, for the first time examined in such a thorough way in Italy, the exhibition entitled “Unconcerned but not indifferent” – which draws on the sentence engraved on ’s tombstone by wish of his life partner Juliet, buried with him – is an invitation to consider his figure as an artist and man, in a fusion of art and life perceived in an “unconcerned but not indifferent” way.

For lovers of contemporary art the appointment in September at the Meeting Art auction house can be particularly appealing.  The experienced auction house, which has been operating in the sector since 1979, after a summer break, is proposing to the public a truly inviting September exhibition, with a particularly rich agenda and catalogue.
Meeting Art has decided to focus its attention on modern and contemporary art with an attractive menu of about 1300 lots, which will be proposed in 10 sessions spaced out throughout the whole month, from Saturday 6th to Sunday 28th September.
